A separate public total is shown to keep administration transparent and reduce conflicts of interest.

For every approved business, the administrator records the actual approved amount, verification notes, jobs created and evidence photos.

Record contributions received, business disbursements and administrative expenses. Public visitors see only aggregate transparency totals.
